A customized Mindfulness and Meditation Wellness Program will be developed for your organization/team. We willfocus on teaching different mindfulness and meditation strategies as well as guidance for in-between session work on how to implement these strategies into the day-to-day. Individual and team practices, and a follow up email offering a brief summary of each session can also be included in the program.
